This pink Champagne is made from 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier.
During the harvest, white grapes are pressed carefully and red grapes are crushed to extract a light red color. The vinification is done separately in small tanks for one year. The grapes are then blended before bottling and then aged for three years in our cellars.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif, this champagne will also accompany your meats and desserts based on red fruit.
