Millésime 2004

This vintage Champagne is composed of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. It is obtained only the very good years.

A rigorous selection of grapes makes an exceptional Blend. The wine has aged six years on the lees which gives it a great aromatic complexity, and brings flavors such as toasted bread.This champagne is enjoyed around a meat (chicken, guinea fowl) and also appreciated as an aperitif for connoisseurs.
